Kirsty Morgan understands the unimaginable pain of widows who have lost their soulmate. As an author, inspirational speaker, and former Advanced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, she combines professional expertise with profound personal understanding of widowhood.
In 2010, Kirsty’s world shattered when a freak electrical accident took her beloved husband Ian’s life. The grief and trauma that followed led to severe PTSD and brought her to her knees. Through her own healing journey, she discovered powerful techniques for managing overwhelming emotions, releasing trauma, and rebuilding life after devastating loss.
Kirsty has extensive experience as a speaker and educator, presenting at conferences across multiple countries including the Australian College of Neonatal Nurses and International Congress of Paediatrics. Her clinical background spans continents – from Melbourne to Singapore, Scotland to the UK – giving her unique insight into holding space for others during their darkest hours.
