I’m an inspirational speaker, published author and burnout prevention coach who knows what a broken heart looks and feels like – literally and metaphorically.
After 30 years in healthcare, my body said “no more.” Broken heart syndrome. Two heart operations in three weeks. An ICU bed where I had to choose: give up, or create something.
I chose creation.
Recovering in ICU, I developed five evidence-based stress-release techniques that work in 30 seconds – designed for moments when walking away isn’t an option.
Now I’m passionate about teaching people in high-pressure roles how to protect their hearts before they break.
